Terms and conditions

Britax Römer offers a free of charge warranty valid for 3 years (36 months) when you purchase a new SMILE III pushchair. To validate the warranty the pushchair must be used in accordance with the user instructions. The warranty applies to manufacturing flaws on the chassis, seat unit and prambody. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal use, overloading the chassis, damage caused during transportation or rust. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the textiles, for example bleaching from the sun. In the event of manufacturing flaws, Britax Römer will replace the damaged part. If a replacement part, product or model is no longer available from Britax Römer we claim the right to replace it with an equivalent part. Replaced parts or products do not extend the warranty. This warranty is only valid together with the receipt. The warranty is not valid on second hand products. Britax Römer reserves the right to change the warranty details.
