Replacement parts / Replacement covers
You will receive BRITAX RÖMER original replacement parts (like replacement covers) from your baby/child specialist shop close to you. There you will find friendly staff who will advise you and order the necessary part if it is not in stock.

Accident seat
In a collision with an impact speed above 10 km/h the seat may have suffered damage. In this case please call on your retailer who will send the seat to us. We will examine it free of charge. Should parts need replacing, these will be charged. Your seat will be examined and repaired by us within a few working days.

Child seat buckle
Functional faults on the child seat buckle are usually attributable to accumulations of dust and dirt. If this problem occurs, please refer to the users instructions for your child seat, which describe in detail the type of problem and what to do about it.
